Solent Cycles provides a complete sales service to purchasers of all cycles.

Firstly, All our bikes are built, fully serviced and ready to ride when collected from either of our shops.  We will happily change tyres, saddle or even handlebars to make sure your new bike is exactly the way you want it to be.   Our friendly staff will explain anything you need to know, as well as make any necessary adjustments, so you can ride away with confidence.

Secondly, We offer a FREE bike service at around 6 weeks after purchase.  Our mechanics will check that all fastenings are tight and brake and gear cables are properly adjusted after this initial 'bedding in' period, so we can make sure your new bike is still in perfect working order.

Thirdly, We offer another FREE bike service 6 months after purchase.  Hopefully by now your bike  will have seen a few miles, so we can give it a thorough check to ensure you continue to get the best of your bike.  We can also discuss with you a possible future service plan.  For details see the 'Workshop' page on this site.

Lastly, At any stage please feel free to phone or pop in to one of our shops with your bike to discuss any advice you need on cycling or to have any accessories fitted you may have forgotten.
