This 20 inch kids' bike is the ideal multi purpose geared bike for 5 or 6 year olds with an average inside leg of 52cm.

Returns

Our main concern at Solent Cycles is to ensure you are highly satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not and would like to return your item, please visit us in store and we can issue you with a refund. 

Products for refunds must be returned to us within 28 days in a good unused condition and in its original packaging, if applicable.  

All warranty claims must be processed in store, we can not give time frames for completion, as all warranties have to go through the manufacturer.  We aim to get you back on the road as quickly as possible and will keep you informed of the information received from the supplier.  

Click & Collect

Our Click & Collect service offers all the benefits of shopping online combined with our outstanding experience in our local stores. Simply order your items, select Click & Collect and purchase your item at a time that's convenient for you. Best of all the service is completely FREE!

How does it work?

  1. Add your items to your basket

    Find the products you would like to purchase and add them to your basket, as you usually would.

  2. Checkout using Click & Collect

    When checking out, select the Click & Collect option. Enter your postcode at the checkout to find our shop.

  3. Pay us a visit

    Select a shop, complete the checkout details. We will call or email to let you know your order is ready!

  4. Collect your items when ready *
    * Orders will be held for 7 days and then introduced to our stock. We will always try and contact you during this period. Once reintroduced to our stock we cannot guarantee the item will be available.

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

You Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that, as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up and get it sent out to you - it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
